It should come as no surprise. I mean where can you get more information on apartment property profits? You can't turn on CNBC or Fox News or Bloomberg. All they talk about here is the hot stock of the day.

Try going to the bookstore. Maybe you can find one or two books, if you're lucky.Even Amazon and Barnes and Noble do not have a very good selection. To top it off, if you find a book the odds that it will be outdating or contain little or any practical information are pretty good.
